At the center of the Crossroads Arts District - one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Kansas City today - the Arts Incubator is located in the historic Bauer Machine Works building (1903). The unique 32,000 sq. ft. facility consists of three floors with 10,125 sq. ft. per floor and a 1700 sq. ft. basement.
Facility resources include individual studio space, the Cocoon Gallery, the Incubator Event Loft, the INKubator Press, a conference room, administrative offices, a library, common workspaces, shops and equipment for various mediums.
